Do you want to meditate more but find it hard? Are you struggling to establish your daily mindfulness practice? Studies show the best way to make meditation a habit is by doing it in a group. These sessions are a chance for you to practice meditation in a supportive space with the New Life community.

  1. Learn how to establish a regular mindfulness practice and gain scientifically proven benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety and improving focus and emotional balance.
