The Program

Our approach
New Life’s holistic and integrative programs are built on the principles of mindfulness, authentic human connection, and environmental sustainability.
The result is a unique combination of expert mental health support, mindful community living, and therapeutic activities carefully designed to nurture wellbeing and personal growth.
The effectiveness of this model draws on research-driven treatment modalities and stress reduction techniques combined with meditation, mindfulness, and yoga practice. Increasing numbers of studies demonstrate the benefits of applying these tools and techniques to improve mental health and wellbeing in daily life and in therapeutic settings.

Daily workshops and group activities were based on a 13-week curriculum covering topics such as boundaries, body awareness, relationships, emotional intelligence, identity and values, and more.
