About the facilitator


Marina Neumann

Marina Neumann developed her career as an executive and senior leader in the IT industry. Her long-term practice helped her a lot to cope with professional, personal and health challenges. Marina was the meditation teacher at New Life Thailand from November 2019 to March 2020 and worked at New Life Portugal as the Program Manager and Guest Relations until November 2022. She teaches regular 8-week programs and offers mindfulness and emotional intelligence training and workshops, focusing on mindfulness at the workplace.


She is a Certified Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
