Workshop Information
This is the second part in our workshop series on holistic approaches to dealing with chronic fatigue, stress and burnout. These workshops, led by New Life community member, coach, and yoga teacher Sabrina Martens, explore nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry into repressed emotions, spiritual components, exercise and activities, and more. The teachings and accompanying practices provide a basic working system for healing and recovery.
Highlights:
Learn how different modalities can help deal with fatigue and support you on your healing journey.
Understand the basic key aspects of Ayurveda and how each person's unique body constitution has different needs to promote self-healing.
Explore how Human Design can give you a roadmap to a deeper self-understanding and provide guidance to live in alignment with your own own unique energy blueprint.
About the facilitator

Sabrina Martens
Sabrina is a certified yoga instructor with years of experience in Vipassana meditation, somatic inquiry, and other physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing practices. Her own healing journey from chronic fatigue and chronic pain has led her to understand that individual practicesare often less effective on their own. However, combining them in a way which connects with and releases repressed trauma and emotion - in a deep, safe, and manageable way - can lead to full healing and recovery.
Additional information:
The first workshop in the series was an overview of holistic approaches to dealing with fatigue, stress and burnout. This second workshop delved more deeply into the basic components of the work - nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, and repressed emotions/trauma, exercise and activities, the positive and negative aspects of spiritual practice in healing and recovery, Human Design, Ayurveda, and life cycles.
