Retreat Description:

Reclamation: A Deep Dive Into Your Dancing Body

This workshop is a dive into our inner landscape with movement, exercises, and presence. It is about discovering the transformational power of movement through embodiment; the presence inside of vitality.

I invite you into a collaboration and integration through movement. This is an embodied exploration of our Relational Hungers:– the calling for Solitude, time for and with ourselves: the sanctuary of self– the potency of Connection with others, intimacy, and union in partnership– Belonging within community, the sense of inclusion and power of a tribe– communion with Spirit, the infinite resource of being.

Engaging collaboratively we will explore each of these terrains; mapping our personal path to fulfillment with dance, moving exercises, and writing in a safe space to receive and be received in our glory and vulnerability. Unraveling the knots to our full engagement within each ‘hunger’ into an empowering Reclamation, where we can expand our capacity to be more fully present in our lives and all our relationships. Open to any experience level. Join us for this compelling and life enhancing experience.

Open Floor is a mindful inquiry; a place for creative focus and loving attention through movement. It is inclusive and creating transparency, integration, and collaboration. Please join Jo Cobbett she shares her passion for this practice with you.
